I never approached ghost notes before (yeah, I started playing ~1 year ago and I'm learning through online courses only) and this lesson is teaching them by breaking down difficult parts and starting slow, which at least for me is the best approach to learn something new. I've been using it for weeks, not for my bass playing but guitar. Never been that good with strumming, this video has helped me a lot, not only with ghost notes, but also finding different voicings of triads to play along the straight simple bass notes. Thanks!!

Hello Robert. They're not for complete beginners...They start with the knowledge of the Major Scale, then the Pentatonic Scale...then Improvvisation then Slap...They're not difficult ;-) But not for a beginners "from zero", at the moment.
