Back in third grade back in like the late 90s, they had us sing this in music class around halloween and there was this kid named John in the class too, who we all kind of poked fun at for it. We sung this for our vocal warmups in chorus around Halloween time last year and I was thinking about it so I searched it up. Didn't know it was this old and famous. Lol

Australia doesn’t really celebrate halloween so instead we sung it as a warm up for choir, and it’s a really good vocal warm up.

Looks like I'm not the only one having a moment of elementary school music class nostalgia. I think I sang this song in 4th grade

This song in elementary school in October; having Halloween themed snacks afterward; literally the best feeling in the world.
