What it does is to give an amplified throttle input to your cars ECU, the sequence goes throttle -> ECU -> Butterfly valve Normally There’s a lag to reach the peak power of any engine even when you press full throttle, cz the butterfly valve opens at its set pace - here as soon as you touch the paddle it’ll command the ECU to open the complete balve instantly, with a reduced lag.

The lag is for the longevity of turbo... It will harm the turbo this way.
