@@alexoxo1 I don't think it was an actual Nuclear Blast. I think their crossing the streams right at the Temple turned it from a Doorway into a Vacuum that sucked Gozer back in and the blast was the Temple exploding from the crazy energies being unleashed.

It wasn't there fault. They literally told the guy not to open that storage container, and he did despite them physically trying to stop him. Granted, they put them there to begin with, but they were flat out trying to stop him. And Zuul was coming anyway. They didn't bring Zuul. They just happened to have set up business before Zuul arrived and conveniently were there to stop them.
