I have both versions to say resorting getting them from EBay because most theaters in the Uk didn’t have them so it was an gamble for me to buy the regal one exported from the US and the AMC/Odeon variant from an Uk collector’s eBay store . The Odeon had loads of Godzilla X Kong and Kung fu panda popcorn collectibles left over due to not selling well so i went to the one up at Thorpe Park springs in Leeds to buy them . They ran out of coups and toppers for Godzilla that I did get the kung fu panda ones from an Cineworld theater at the white rose shopping center.

Was more than I "wanted" to spend, however, it included popcorn w/unlimited refills for the visit. It was $40, considering a large popcorn was 11.99, wasn't too hard to swallow the price. It's got some heft and well built. The kids will have a blast. I'm sure my son will be sporting it along with his ghostbusters costume & modified proton pack for halloween (I modified his proton pack, and installed 10 high powered Green & Purple Lasers in the thrower, which are visible without smoke. Just need to make sure not to blast anyone in the eyes....) We did get our monies worth out of the refills... 5 refills of popcorn before the 22 minutes of previews were over, 3 during the movie, and another 2 after movie was over. No, none of us ate our dinner haha. Anyone can buy them, likely though, already out of stock. It was the first showing of Ghostbusters today, and they were pretty much sold out before the movie started at our local 15-plex theater. Ours was one of the last 3, and came off the wall display as the unopened in package ones were sold out. 1pm showing...

I bought one myself despite the fact that I didn't care for how the stripes on the top are mirrored. With the price of the large popcorn included in the price, I figured I would get this as I wait for my Haslab one. Can't go wrong with an extra trap, anyway. Just get a few stickers, a bit of grey where the cable connects, and it's an easy mod.

We don't get too technical with it, but even as it is, my daughter has been playing with it all day. Her oldest brothers nickname is slimer during cold season (as his nose runs) and Marshmallow Man the rest of the year due to his melting cuddles, so shes been trapping him all day. He has Downs, and finds it absolutely hilarious.
