I used to live in NYC from 1969 to 1974..I love great Architecture, especially spooky ones..it's truly a magnificient work of art even in 2024! Thank you for sharing, very good job about the facts n' fiction:)) I know it's truly haunted, an historic, beautiful piece of Architecture would not remain timeless without it's true ghosts! By the way, I'm also a psychic Researcher, and I studied in NYC ... I miss it alot! I live in Florida now...plenty of antibellium homes in my area..that also have apparitions, etc. and I love that!

Great video! I, too, have an odd fascination with the Dakota which began when I wrote a 40 page manuscript on the Lennon murder. I'm looking forward to other Dakota content.

How about doing a story about the Knickerbocker hotel in LA and the Peabody hotel in Memphis..celebrity ghost are said to frequent these places also.Thank you for this it was very interesting 🧐

My weird way of speaking was due to fluid on my lungs. I still have difficulty with breathing that makes recording really hard, but it's getting better. If I talked any differently, all you would have heard is gasping and gurgling.

@@strangeinmaine your voice was clear. I’m not sure how to explain it but you change tone in the middle of words or sentences. There’s other KZfaqrs that do same thing. I think it’s maybe a type of accent. It’s just really distracting. No offense though.

I have to sort of break up my sentences, so I don't run out of breath. I do also have a lot of trouble keeping my energy up, and keeping my voice strong/stable. I'm really nauseous a lot of the time, so that also factors in. (I'm just a mess. 🤦‍♀️) I have to record propped up in bed and can't speak the way I normally would, so I have to just focus on speaking clearly, though it requires using a weird speech pattern. It takes me like 20 minutes to record a page that should take more like 2-3 minutes. Extremely frustrating. Still, it's a lot better now than it was months ago. This is an older video. It's just been impossible to talk like I'm having a real conversation. It annoys the hell out of me, and I try to make it better with each video. I can get through entire sentences now. Woohoo. lol This channel was actually supposed to be for my paranormal investigations, but I ended up getting sick, and found myself suddenly having to quit my job and give up my hobbies a year ago. So I started researching and talking about things I'm interested in, to give me something to do. I figured if anyone wants to watch it, they can-- assuming that would be like 3 people. I didn't expect to get thousands of views right away, or I probably wouldn't have started, while being so sick. lol Thanks for commenting!
