The design on the knives is called Damascus. It's a pattern u get in the steel depending on the technique used

I'm just happy the movie Scarlett feels like can be a complete stand-in for the classic display. So we don't have to wait for them to take 5 years to come out with a "fixed" calssic Scarlett.

I love the all around look of the figure and besides you can always mod the figure to have more weapon storage. So I'm definitely excited for this snake eyes fig.

I actually liked this design more than the classic Snake Eyes figure. I love the detail and texturing. It's annoying that he comes with trigger fingers which stop him holding his knives properly yet doesn't have any guns for the trigger fingers to serve any purpose.

Good review, and definitely a good looking figure. But I'm too attached to the basic Classified Snake Eyes. It was the first Classified I found, right when they were supposed to hit shelves and it looked to be impossible to find any at retail.

The figure isn't bad. He's so unlike the other Snake Eyes figures in the Classified line, and so far from the source material that he seems like a different character all together. Thats how I'll use him in my own collection. I'll make him an independent character.

This figure's on a new level. You're great at showing off the details of a figure. That's why I enjoy watching your reviews. 4:38 The shoulders look like they're misaligned. The right butterfly joint appears to be slightly higher than the left. 4:52 I'm also noticing more plastic inside the socket for the left butterfly joint that's not visible on the right. Could that be affecting the articulation of the left arm? Does the right arm move better? 6:38 At certain angles, I see Ken Watanabe.

The side by side comparison is just brutal. Accentuates all the flaws of the original. Movie version really looks like a person is inside that suit.

I really like this figure. I love the look of it and that unmasked head, in my opinion it looks really good. I don’t really care so much for the movie or the other figures besides stormshadow. I think this movie will be the best of the G.I Joe movies (which isn’t saying much at all) but I don’t see it being great

2 showed up at my local Walmart I got one spur of the moment he could be better but I dig him. Saw movie recently and think he looks pretty accurate and good thing his helmet looks like a bike helmet since that’s basically what it is in movie and reasoning behind it so yeah. Only had a small one from first movie and second movie of gi joe in jr high and high school I’m glad to have a 6 inch figure

It's got the same lack of calf swivel articulation as thr Amazon exclusive Storm Shadow. That really would have helped with the balance in some poses.

The recent release of the movie concept art show a version of Storm Shadow that is exactly like the Amazon Arctic Storm Shadow which makes me believe that it was originally supposed to be a movie figure but then re-purposed and re-painted to look like the v3 Ninja Force Storm Shadow. I liked the cream color figure. Might get him as just a ninja, I can’t see him as storm shadow . Thanks for reviewing them. Too bad cuz if hasbro changed a few things on these figures. Could have been a sell out.

There are 4 kinds of finishes, gloss, matte, satin, and semi gloss, with satin being slightly shinier than matte, and semi-gloss not being quite as shiny

Definitely trying to pick up two when possible. Been playing the ninja gaiden master collection and the more I look at the base body minus the head and arms it makes for a great Ryu hayabusa body

@@MCUcollector24 Oh! Also, I managed to get a Major Bludd from a Target today. I hope that means it's going to get better. It's the first and only Cobra Island figure I've got now. When are those supposed Baroness restocks going to happen? Or, was Hasbro intentionally vague enough about Cobra Island stuff to not have actually promised Baroness reissues?

@@MCUcollector24 UPDATE: I've managed to get/pre-order all the Cobra Island figs. With the exception of CI Roadblock. Missing a number in the collection really agitates my OCD, LOL. But, I just really don't care for the design. Also, I finally got the Snake Eyes in this review video. And the sword on mine won't go in the sheathe all the way. I'm definitely putting it in correctly. Going along with the curve the right way. With it pegged in the back and looking at the fig from the side, it does look bent in a way its not supposed to be. Does Hasbro replace defective accessories? Or, am I stuck with a warped part?

I prefer this figure over the No. 2 figure as the only No. 2 figure I could find is more of a marionette. My only gripes are the lack of paint detail. They tossed a little red on the knee pads but nowhere else to pull it together and they could have done something with the visor to make it stand out a bit.

It’s not the same articulation as the rest of the classified line. Does he have swivels at the ankle, no so not the same. So there is reduced articulation overall, and the arm articulation is reduced, or blocked with the sculpt. Same with the leg. The wrist articulation seems different also.
