Like he's 7ft but look at those handles, people don't realise just how low he needs to go to handle like that, now imagine trying to do and the exploding to the paint, spinning around in the post, ducking and weaving around centres and then dunking on em. He's a very skilled basketball player.

His mid range jumper and touch are looking so much softer and dialed in, such an improvement from 2-3 years ago. The 3 ball still needs a bit of work but the midrange looks cash

Antentokunmpo's conditioning and athleticism is incredible; playing soccer most of his youth shows how phenomenal of an athlete he really is. He is 6-10, 6-11? And his physique is ripped

Maybe try to jump higher when you shoot a jump shot that way you can shoot over any defender whenever you want to pull up a jumper whether a 3 or 2 points Jump Shot or Fall Away like how Kobe, Ray Allen and KD are doing it and practice also your free throws with a faster routine because the pressure is always on you. Try to relax everytime you are about to go to the Free Throw Line. Don't think and just release your shot. Good luck on your next games.

@@jinx8624 He can still get buckets under the rim regardless of how many are there. He is tall and long. I get that the 3 ball is a big part of the game now but everyone is trying to be a 3point shooter. This eliminates individual, unique skills that players can develop. If you are good at everything, you won't be the best at anything.

What I don’t get about Gianni’s is if you look at him when he first came into the league, his jumper was smooth as shit. When he gained muscle did it make his shot mechanical? Now it looks way better than it did a couple years ago but if u see him when he was a rookie, his stroke was legit. He was like durant

以前我只會防守,進攻都不會,A了一顆學校的球回家練,卻被附近的小孩誤以為我偷他球,真是沒勁! 好多年後,我自己買了籃球,練一練就感覺要先把投籃練好,因為以前打球時,最缺的就是投籃動作! 我想我會把投籃練好,在把精神用在練習運球上,現在只是練習把球繞腰繞胯下!會這樣練習是因為我突發奇想,認為運球會噴球就是基本動作沒練好,所以要練習球繞身體! 要是我三分線跟亞尼斯一樣像在兩分線投籃,我就不用練習極限投籃了! 解決方案很簡單,很多人都是會投進球的練習沒練好就用了我雙重之極限的方法,現在很多人都不把手往下放,反正不管怎樣,會投進球的練習一定要練好! 投進球的練習很簡單,就是在籃框左右兩分線練習單手投籃與雙手投籃,因為練習單手後改雙手會不習慣,所以要兩種都練,而正面雙手投籃除了湯森手比較常規又很準,我都是右手往中線靠,側身就沒有右手往中線靠的問題了,本來我是正面投籃練習好後,才練側身投籃,因為車禍腳骨折,現在不得不使用側身投籃,一開始側身投籃跟以前沒骨折時正面投籃一樣,在三分線投出去都差籃框一點點!上星期我的靈魂體老婆強迫我要丟五十球,外加一百下伏立挺身,這星期在三分線投籃就可以碰到框了!我努力練習三分線打通手的氣脈! 雙手投籃時,還是感覺不協調的話,建議還是練習原地向上投球,直上直下練習,練習量不必多,因為怪怪的感覺在練習量多的時候,也會練進去,當然強迫取分也是可以!我是不這樣練的!我都練習不久,但幾乎天天去練一下,很輕鬆就練習好想要的感覺了!想要的感覺很重要!在找出來之前可以長時間練習找感覺! 我就是在找想要的感覺,才發現雙重之極限投籃法的! 對了!打通氣脈其實挺簡單的,就像易經一樣,不是占卜那一本,就是認真做動作! 本來的計畫是練習好投籃才慢慢加其它練習,才加長練習時間!在加其它練習時,我首選跳投,每想到很會進!本來就是這樣輕鬆練,練到三分線可以投到框,沒想到骨折了,只好練習側身投籃的極限練習!會這樣練習是因為我想不用花太多精神力用在出手與運球,才付出體力!
