That is simply amazing. I don't know how you could do it with not knowing what is in the hole you're reaching in. I love fishing with a passion. I have been fishing since I was 3 or 4 years old and I am 48 now and there is no way that I could stick my hands or foot in a hole not knowing what is in there. Quick story, I have been fishing this little lake here in Baltimore maryland for as long as I can remember and know the entire area including the woods like the back of my hand. Well I was fishing my favorite spot and caught some cats and put it on the stringer. But I would notice the stringer jerk. I just thought it was the fish. But when I pulled it in the belly of each catfish wash eaten. First thing I thought painted turtle because there are so many around there. But this kept happening week after week and I was starting to get a little upset. So one day I pulled the stringer in very slowly and I seen just the head of a snapping turtle with one of my fish in its mouth. It seen me and swam away. I wanted the turtle because I love turtle meat and it looked to be at least 25 pounds. I went and bought some turtle line and some nice hooks with a very heavy leader. I caught a small cat hooked it and tossed it out. Sure enough the turtle got it but almost instantly bit the leader clean through. Now I was determined. I went and bought some bluefish rigs with steel leaders this time and put 2 hooks in the bait and tossed it out. Well the turtle took it. After about 25 minutes I landed him and couldn't believe how big it was. His shell was as big as one of those big manhole covers you see in the street. So I guess he was maybe between 65 and 75 pounds and mean ass heck. He bit my uncle's steel-toed boot and it cut through the leather and nicked the steel. Suffice it to say I never got in that water again because as big as he was if he bit a finger there is no question that you were losing that finger. And another thing that is crazy I can't swim a lick but I love being on a boat on the water. I hope that you, your girlfriend and brother and his wife keep making these videos because they are truly amazing BlueGabe

I went with my husband, years ago when we were a lot younger and I was in better shape, to the Red River. There we met up with one of his brothers and three of his sisters and we noodled and floated for miles! One of the best memories I have with my extended family.
