Tips for Banana leaf. You should slightly lay it through the fire until it look shiny and become much more softer. Thats the way for serving a food on banana leaf.

In Florida we have the same kind of lobster, we break off an antenna and use it to pull out the poop tract, may help you get a little less grit on the next one!

Chef here. Next time, wrap that lobster in a few layers of banana leaf with spices and lemon juice. Build a small but roaring fire in a small pit. After it burns down, place in the wrapped lobster cover with sand and then build another small fire on top. 30 minutes and Bobs your Uncle.

It's a lease hold scenario as is with all foreigner, but yes i still have it. I have been traveling to Australia since this video and soon Saudi Arabia so won't be back to the island for about another month which is good timing for fish season there, cheers!
