This was the BEST baking/cooking tutorial I've ever seen. Not just the best of KZfaq - but the best including The Cooking Channel & Food Network. You were clear, specific and detail-oriented. You explain tools, basic cooking skills and your explanations aren't condescendingly. My daughter and I watch your videos for ideas and enjoyment. She is 12 and you have taught her the metric system! This is the BEST! im doing a giant cupcake for my little ones cake smash and all the tutorials show a candy/chocolate base(not really suitable for a 1 year old to smash up) so this buttercream base is awesome and looks great!

Just tried the technique for icing the bottom portion of the cupcake and it worked like a charm but my dumb self used canned frosting instead of the buttercream I made because I tinted the homemade butter cream one color and wanted to use a different color lol. Will use that technique again as most tutorials involve the chocolate mold so this is great!

Do you ever layer your giant cupcake ? I find It's nicer to eat when not such a thick cake with little frosting inside...only a suggestion..I know most probably make it this way ( like your video).. love all your videos, I'm almost all the way through your list :)

Hi jemma i loveeeee your channel. I have a little concern i have this pan and i follow the directions which is 3 1/2 on the bottom part and 2 1/2 top but the bottom always come out under cooked i use a dominican cake recipe any suggestions please and thank you 😊😊😊

Absolutely amazing tutorial. I did have one question though about the removal of the top and bottom once cooled from the oven. Please could you explain in more detail. I once made it greased like you showed but once I removed from the pans didn’t end up being ok, I usually use grease proof paper. Thanks 😀❤️
