Well, the bus with the jello was less crushed because it was slower than the one without the jello. I think, that the jello itself didn't do much else.

PaSkull Well the jello caused it to slow down. So it did effect it, just not in the way that Drae thought it would.

You should put three of those buses on each side of the jello! Also, for the crash, put the jello on the wall and run the buses side by side into the wall/jello. See if the crash is any different that way.

Remember the jello made the truck slower, i dont think it made a difference in terms of reducing the impact. The crash pattern mimicked each other, the only difference was the intensity of the patterns due to the reduce speed.

Nah Drae, the other bus was going slower, that's why it had less damage. Not because of the jello cushion, but because of the added weight.

it might have been that the bus without the jello was going faster and thats why it crunched more, the jello was almost flat at the moment of the impact so it couldnt absorb much energy. yeah geeking about jello on a videogame. coolest thing in the world!

12:30 it wasn't the jello that made the bus suffer less damage, but the Jello made the bus get less speed and so the damage as well.

Collision of the Gelatin had nothing to do with the impact of the bus. It was causing the bus to decelerate before it hit the wall, hence it hit the wall second.

i don't think the jello actually cushioned the crash, i think it just slowed down the bus enough to make the crash not as bad

The crush test is probably a bust because since the jello slowed the bus down, it had less energy to crunch. The jello should have been layed in a row against the wall so you could accurately test it. Still dont really under stand the “jello”.
