I made this 3 weeks ago & have been making it weekly ever since. It's amazing!!! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. My daughter is Gluten Free so we made hers over rice noodles and then just plain rice. She said it was great both times, but loved it on plain rice the best. But it's very versatile and all my picky eaters at home LOVED it!!

I am a cook and I worked in a Korean restaurant in Budapest. I used your beautiful recipes full of passion. The owner of the restaurant was a spoiled young man who had no idea about gastronomy.
