When you vacuum Seal the fish if you put some butter and herbs in you can suvie and not havet to dirty any other crockery when cooking .

Hi I just want to say you and Kelly cut the fish perfect,I have been watching a few other videos on KZfaq and I tell you I don’t know where did they learn to cut a fish. Bloodline is not cut out properly and half of the meat is still on the skin. Thank you guys you great

Great video nicely done. Specially taking the lionfish I do not leave one behind and they are good eating.. For me I do not skin most fish its excellent fried and if i have a large enough pan I will fry it whole as they do in the Caribbean.

Well done Gabe. That's exactly how I prep and clean the snapper head. Lots of meat in there and excellent for making fish broth. Kelly must know your washing machine doesn't like fish scented shirts 🤣 In Antigua, we call them rock hind (what you call strawberry grouper). Great eating fish. I didn't comment on the Willie Young video but you guys remind me how we are on the rock going back and forth with each other 🤣🤣

Merry Christmas! Basket weave bacon and lay a layer on top of the backbone when you grill it. Flip it over and put the bacon back on top of the other side!

It's weird to still hear differences in what we call certain parts of the fish, even in the same country. The entire area that Gabe calls "throats", we call "collars" up in the northeast. I love the idea of grilling the head, backbone and collars, then dumping them into a pot to make a stock or some soup, grilling them first does something magical, almost like roasting beef bones before making beef bone broth.

I've only had Red Snapper throats before (deep fried in some seasoned batter) and my GOD are they delicious. I assume a Mutton is just as good since it is a Snapper. Keep the videos coming @Bluegabe

In Hawaii we have a “peacock grouper”(roi, black grouper, blue spotted grouper). They are invasive and usually fish we just throw away because they’re known to have “ciguatera”.
