I remember when I was in middle school In my country Singapore they have a show about cutting blue fin tuna and they give young children some blue fin tuna for taste . I love Japanese people who let us try some of the tuna .

I once was at one of these tuna filleting shows live last year in Tokyo and I realize from watching alot of vids like this that each cut has to be precise or they'd waste the meat, and for the price of a tuna fish like that, it's not an option. This man did a fine job and the cuts were very good, such skill is cool to watch, very enjoyable and loved the vid. Keep up the amazing content 😁👍

マグロは取れ方で値段まちまちなんで安いのは安いですよー、、身はやっぱり弱いんですけど普通に美味しいです！でも一般の人はまぁ買えないよねー青森で漁師してるからアドバイスだけど自分は大トロとかはそんなに食えないから20キロのマグロ大体2万前後で買って食いますねー、お手頃でたくさん食べれるんで！！

id buy this guys tuna, i don’t even like tuna, but he sold me on it wish there was more performance style fish cutting videos on youtube, there aren’t any stores in a 250 mile radius from me that do this

I recommend that you check out Masaru here on YT. He catches and cooks a lot of different fish, even an alligator once. He was actually how I found Mogumogu. Cheers!

2M yen is correct. Japan only uses yen. They don't have an equivalent 100 yen value, like 100 cents = 1 dollar. So, it's like only using cents.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a meat-eater and love fish, beef and everything in between. But the way this guy parades the body parts he's removed like a carnival barker at a circus seems a little disrespectful to the animal.
