It’s really cool to see their arms at work in regards to movement/balance. They otherwise seem kinda cumbersome and look like they are dragging their arms around, when not in trees or high places.

Honestly surprised how well he kept his balance for being so top-heavy.

I love that place, and the Bird place next door. Is the gibbon still there that poses like a movie star? Lies on her side on the road, one hand supporting her head and the top leg bent and lowered a bit at the knee for modesty? Saw that the first time I came, so 2007. That's the time I got peed on too, from high in a tree. Another time I visited I discovered that one type of monkey poop is *exactly* the same colour as the benches you can sit on to have a coffee. You don't see it until you sit in it. But still a lot of fun, interesting and educational. And great stories to tell the grandkids when I get home to Canada.

There used to be this kid where I lived who did the same trick around the wall of the railway step bridge when a train was coming. Same arm movements.
