What do you when you when you let your feet go and your butt isnt close to the line??

@@julienrolle4080 yeah thats part of it but mostly that I dont really get how I'm suppose to drop ? When I try to drop it just feels as tho I'm jumping off the rope and also does it not matter if the line keeps flipping back and forth when I try to drop ?
