Gidda means Vulture..and Pahar means Mountain in Nepali language....and its Silgadi (actual word which means Sila = Stone and Gadi means Fort in Nepali work from historical backgroud) which was modified by Bengali speaking immigrants as "Siliguri"

N ha u won't believe that full dara gaon is my relatives from both mama bari n bapa bari. After ground school u crossed another turning a school that is my dadur bari now given as school.
