#askpt i genuinely don't understand why these pod taxies are so famous, They just look like a car version of a tram-line without the ability to carry as many people. If feels like a concept that sounds and looks futuristic however isn't practical, because from my point of view the point of public transportation is to carry as many people for as cheaply as possible to as many places as possible.

Pod Taxies are future of Transport, you can't run Buses every corner of city, these small electric taxis will be presented as alternative to use private vehicles on roads, which is major reason of traffic congestion in developed cities

#ASKPT , Hello I have a doubt about Mumbai infrastructure . I never visited Mumbai so I do not know whether my thoughts are even be justifiable or not. I just view street view of Mumbai. 1. I am talking about only of main Mumbai area I do not know actual location place ( not specifically around antilia but yeah that main area) .I saw some new high tall building are constructing. Whether they all new infras or building are constructing on empty piece of land or by demolishing old infras 2. I saw some new building are constructing but there are just a little more then half of then are literally in rickety stage . I am not talking about slums but they are 5 to 6 floors apartments some may be office spaces in running condition just across roads. Can even in future there is any possibility of revamp or constructing new building by demolishing them not government but even can by private estate players. I am not talking about high rise building even in my city I cannot see such buildings . Or Is this process going on may have chance in future because most areas of main Mumbai are covered by those . THANKS FOR ANSWERING SUCH A LONG QUESTION.

Hi, I can answer both questions as I have lived in Mumbai. 1. There are many under construction buildings, some projects have been stopped by high court as there are cases ongoin against some major builders and also some projects are ongoing. They don't build much on same land after demolishing old construction. There are still many areas where buildings can come up in proper bombay area. Kayi jagah 10+ yrs se construction chal hi raha hai dheele dhale tareeke se. 2. Max such buildings are built by mhada or sra.. they are quarters, almost like chawl built for the common public. Yes, there is not much maintenance and they are in dilapidated state. Every now and then some building gets damaged and it calls for renovation of entire compound. But, last 7-8 saal se kafi slow kaam hua hai civil infra ka in mumbai - both residential and road infra - speaking from personal experience.

What are the reasons administration of Gurugram is so non-innovative in comparison to Noida as a decade ago Noida came nowhere close to Gurugram or Gurgaon as it was called back then. Also Gurgaon was planned to be developed as a brown field smart city, has everyone forgotten those innovative plans except for one or two green field projects in Gujarat?

#askpt 1.i am speaking with context of mumbai - In Mumbai we have many pagdi system buildings , want to understand complete law which helps tenants raise there concern and every tenant can have its own home redeveloped. 2.near railway trains tracks there are many legal buildings and structures which are legal and shaking due to high speed rail which may lead to collapse of building, buildings are in dilapidated condition,help us know how can one raise the concern and avail accommodation. 3.context is if building is dilapidated the building will be destroyed but what about people living inside the building,is there any protection available for them?? 4.what happens to buildings which when go old by 99 years ,like currently small buildings are destroyed and new are made ,which helps builder make money ,bt what about buildings which are already more than 22floors and become dilapidated. What happens in developed nation?? 5.nead complete knowledge of pagdi system, request to help us with series of videos and medium over which people can discuss the queries .

Trams is very old concept, it's slow and not as efficient as other transport system. Trams instead of solving congestion on road, becomes reason why there is congestion

They had highest FDI in the last two decades india so they developed their manufacturing sector and got funding for infra . India could not attract high FDI in the last two decades

Bihar mai security issues honge, yaha pe daily basis pe railway tracks gayab ho jate hai, tooh semiconductors kya cheez hai. And skilled labor bihar mai low hai. Mostly Gujrat, Maharashtra, tamilnadu ya phir Karnataka mai hi banega(maybe UP as well)
