My guess for how Gigan can be incorporated into the MonsterVerse: He will be an alien superweapon created via genetic engineering and cybernetics to be used for war and invasions. He is created by combining different DNA from dinosaurs, reptiles, insects, fish, arachnids, and birds as well as alien species, and his cybernetics are grafted as a result of injuries from failed invasion attempts. He once landed on Earth and teamed up with King Ghidorah and Megalon, and was identified as a bird-headed demon by many ancient civilizations. He is currently stored in a Monarch facility located in Area 51 in his withered, mummified state, but he's actually alive and will soon awaken to resume his invasion once more. He also possesses an insane, sadistic, and sociopathic personality, and he clearly enjoys torturing his enemies with his sickle claws, buzzsaw, and laser. Even Megalon is afraid of Gigan's cruel, demented, and twisted nature (the only kaiju that clearly enjoys Gigan's work is King Ghidorah).

Space chicken is still my favourite kaiju ^^ his design is just so unusual. I love the “facial” expressions and his little behaviours/gestures he would do it gave him character.

For those putting hate on Gigan's name need to remember that every villain in Godzilla is meant to lose otherwise earth would be destroyed. Gigan, Destoroyah, SpaceGodzilla, ect. Also Gigan is one of the only monsters to make Godzilla bleed not once but twice in 2 different films. As for FW, everyone was meant to go out quick due to how OP Final Wars Godzilla was. Gigan could have appeared solo in Godzilla vs Gigan but they thought adding King Ghidorah to the film would add more $$$ to the box office.

Man... Gigan is one of my favorite kaijus. If Gigan shows up in the MonsterVerse, I'd flip with excitement but I'm not sure how they are gonna re-introduce Gigan in the MonsterVerse. Either as an alien cyborg monster or a dead monster found by Monarch and an extremist group within Monarch decides to revive him through cybernetic enhancements.

The Showa version of Gigan is my favorite. The Final Wars version is cool, but I don't like how more realistically robotic he looks compared the Showa version. I like that bit of mystery that revolves around the Showa version. On another note... I have read Godzilla At World's End. And by far the best part of that book were the Gigan parts. I didn't care for the book at all after Gigan and Anguirus' fight concluded.

I just really want to see Gigan in one of the monsterverse movies. I don't know if it will happen though, because they really seem to be shying away from the alien stuff with only brief, skimmed over mentions of King Ghidorah coming from beyond the stars.

Always been one of my favorite monsters, right up there with Godzilla, himself. I've had way too much fun on the gamecube with Destroy All Monsters Melee using his grab attack with the buzzsaw spin.
