I have been informed that Scorching Flames actually does work! It's another case of one of those upgrades that continue working even if you take it back, and will keep working until you take another upgrade or die. The tier 1 does 696 to Knossos, and then Scorching Flames does 804 to Knossos. Thank you to Carnage for finding this for me.

26:45 I feel like this happens so often in video games, usually, an increase in range lets say from 3m to 4,5m is a 50% increase, how ever when the spell has a circular targetimg area, the 50% size increase affects the radius NOT the diameter, which means the spell is 50% larger on both sides, effectively making it a 100% increase in the total AOE. Which i think is also the case here. Edit: yeah my smart ass didnt bother to read the spell description it literally says it increases the radius so yeah, I was right in a way, but also wasted a 3 minutes of my life writing this whole thing.

13:00 could it be that the scorching flames talent increases your LMB attack damage? like you get a basic attack buff based on how long you channeled and hit someone with the breath?

Nah, because then you would get some floating text that says "Damage Boost" if that were the case. I swear I've gotten it to work before. It could be a bug with the practice area or perhaps just using the Offline Mode of the game since it's technically not released yet. Very strange either way.

Scorching flames does work. I wanted to test it myself to check if they fixed it, but it turns out the bug is with the UNDO option. The talent itself does boost your dmg from 696 to 804 You can see the T1 upgrade dealing 696 dmg at 9:35 in the video, and as it properly should. It just never goes back to normal after the T2 upgrade at 11:24 even though he hits UNDO on the upgrade
