90% of pro athletes think they are better than the legacy players even if their careers didn’t match up, but it’s what makes them good in the first place , irrational confidence which is most times rational ! McCants aveage 20 ppg in college on year, with a profile like that in another dimension he probably is a perennial all star if he was drafted to a different team ! The way talent develops is situational ! People need to learn that ! It’s possible if Kobe was drafted to the spurs he doesn’t become Kobe , or mj drafted to the suns , doesn’t become MJ. But take away NBA story lines and just take it back to the park or gym ,a lot of role players are bursting legacy players asses in one on one or open gym ! There are roles players that will whoop Lebron in one on one , but doesn’t make them better than him

If they win over Boston, not only do they have the best offensive season ever by any two players, they accomplished the championship through their domination. Luka like a mix of Peirce and Bird. He is definitely a problem but I would not put him past Bron until he plays consistent defense and makes some all defense teams. Talent wise it's a wash because of Bron's athleticism.

When he puts up those numbers wins at least 4 chips and makes some defensive teams then you can bring up luka being on Bron's level. Until then no he is a Paul Pierce and Larry Bird type of player but can't lock anyone up. Too slow but skill wise he is just as good and better shooter.

No. Lebron was the physical specimen that has never been seen before. 6'9" running fast like a PG, one of the most high flying, physically strong players ever and with a high iq like Jokic. Luka is better now, but he will not have the longevity to break Lebron's scoring title. He's always out of shape like James Harden and unathletic in ways. He won't be the same player at 38-9 like Lebron.
