Hey Oscar. I am glad the tutorials help. 🙂 I try to make step by step tutorials that are easy to follow and give a nice result. And along the way one can learn a bit about Gimp and ofcours also adept and change things to ones own liking. All just to have a bit of fun. 🙂 Have a nice weekend 👍

Mit GIMP 2.10 ging alles prima, ohne Probleme. Doch das letzte Windows 10 Update (1803) hat einem PC lahmgelegt. Er musste zurückgesetzt werden - Panik, wenn man so viele Bilddateien hat. Jetzt habe ich die ganze Nacht daran gesessen. Meine Software wieder zu installieren, darum funktionierte es auch mit GIMP 2.10, da alle GIMP-Versionen beim zurücksetzen weg waren. Nun schöne Pfingsten und bis nächsten Freitag. Stine 🙂

Sehr nervig, dass Windows 10 so viele Probleme verursacht. Gut für dich, dass alles wieder funktioniert und ... mit Gimp 2.10. 👌 Noch einmal, ein schönes Pfingsten gewünscht. Bis Freitag haha. Jan 👌

Great video as usual. For some reason, I feel GIMP 2.10 is not as straightforward as the previous version. I tried your previous tutorials with the 2.10 version and some features work completely differently. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Thanks for your post! 😊 I am checking (as much as possible) my previous tutorials on how they work in 2.10 and you are right; some features behave totally different. 😕 I give some notes for 2.10 users in the video descriptions. Are there specific tutorials that you encountered? Please let me know. Personally I do like this new version although it takes time to get used to it ofcourse. Thanks again for posting. p.s. 2.10.2 update is already there...

terrific video. can't wait to get started. however, I was a bit confused on the gradient. you called for Custom but your gradient was FG to BG RGB. my custom gradient is no where like that. please clarify. I'm anxious to hear. Dwight
