Sparg0 is way too good to beat in a negative matchup. He knows the game too well, he dealt with Ness d tilt perfectly and didn't get robbed once.

Sparg0 is my favorite player to watch compete. His movement and overall gameplay is so magestic

Sparg0 is currently 7-0 over Japan in bracket sets. 2 wins over both KEN and Tea, and a win over Zackray, Lea, and Gackt. Gackt is also the fourth JP player that Sparg0 has 3-stocked (KEN, Tea, Zackray).

@@SeriousStriker It'd be so hype if he competed in japan, the problem is that japanese tournaments don't offer cash prizes so there's little to no incentive for him to go there

This set is underrated... No one, even Leo, destroys Gackt that casually on his first match up. Gackt has so many fishing setups, everyone gets caught once. Similar to what he did against Tea. No one can handle these types of characters with very few good players. This kid is just made so different... Even if he didn't win this tournament, he is def the most talented player at this moment.

As a Ness main, this is one of his absolute WORST matchups. Gackt could've played it a bit better, but this is just so terrible for Ness.

Any sword fighter is a hell for Ness. I don't think cloud is harder than Lucina, but I'll not argue to disagree, because it can be player dependent and I'm experienced against cloud. I also struggle against Mario, do you guys struggle too?

It's crazy to me that you could look at Cloud play some of these matchups and think that he's not a top-tier character.

god this is what I hate about the smash community just cause people are playing prideful and aren’t respecting long yet respectable and reactable hitboxes with decent but barely exploitable shield damage doesn’t mean all of a sudden Cloud jumps an entire tier up. There is absolutely nothing top tier about Cloud Sparg0 has been solo maining since pre-teenage Kola mained Cloud since 4, please calm down and recognize the time, work and uniqueness of Clouds at a top level.

In the recent TweekTalks tier list vid all 4 of them placed Cloud in the highest tier with all the usuals. Granted their highest tiers were like 10-15 characters in a couple cases.

@@tehli6726 yeah it absolutely matters how big your "top tier" is for him to qualify. Cloud has some weird losing lower-tier matchups, but they're just not common in bracket. In this meta, however, I think Cloud's combination of speed, disjoint, and a camping mechanic via limit and projectile make him one of the top characters you can choose

「復帰阻止強いキャラだから復帰阻止に弱いキャラに有利つく」みたいな相性はイメージこそしやすいが大抵はそんなに単純じゃない 実際ネスは地上での立ち回りでクラウドに苦戦を強いられるしスマメイトの結果を見るにクラウドに微不利がついている

@@oozorahaomaenomono spargoはもともとオフ勢。コロナ前からstier大会いくつかでてる。 ただ今より結果がふるってなかったのと、実力伸ばしたのかコロナ禍のオンラインだからそう見えるだけ。 コロナ禍前のbigmoveのクルーバトルとか見ると覚醒の片鱗とか見れて面白いよ。
