I have a batch of these in my freezer! I make them and freeze into cubes, anytime you feel like you might be coming down with something, just grab an immunity cube or 2, place in a mug and pour boiling water over, steep until melted into a “tea”, add honey and drink! Mine has fresh lemons, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, and black pepper!

I take cinnamon, turmeric, and ginseng supplements. Research cinnamon. Since taking the supplements (along with multivitamins and calcium w/vitamin D), my cholesterol, glucose, and blood pressure have all dropped. Marshall, you are definitely on the right track with the ginger turmeric. I bet you could add ginseng and cinnamon to your mixture, and it would knock it out of the park! It's good to see you showing us how to live better.

When you dont want to mix residual after blending then put it in your compost. Your plants will be so big. Add pepper to your tumeric teas.
