I have used thick, cooked sugar syrup (3 strings) to attach all the pieces of the house. It worked like magic, just like hot glue. I tried using icing sugar paste but it wasn’t stable.
I have used m&m’s for decoration, desiccated coconut and icing sugar for snow effect and inside the house used fairy lights.
