Yes you may. Maybe they might have pandan essence

@@GingerLim Yes have pandan essence but wierd taste compared to real pandan. I will use the frozen pandan.

I tried to make pandan kaya but its become lumpy. Maybe I need to Mix it non stop.

You can still save it by blending it with a stick blender to get it smooth again. Can consider lowering the heat towards the end of the cooking time.
