I just got the torc last night now I know why it’s worth hanging on to!

One of my personal favorite SP regenerating abilities is Divine Vitality. It comes on cleric hierlings of basically every level, and it can usually restore at least half of your SP bar once per rest. The twisted talisman and stuff like that is nice in a pinch if you have it, but hierlings are dirt cheap, and anyone can use them*, no farm required! *except in raids

re: Toven's Hammer - you do have to upgrade to get the Transform Kinetic Energy ability, but its pretty worth it considering the runearm also adds a Lit 2 effect, exceptional fortification, insightful intelligence +2, and +2d8 lightning damage to ranged attacks. Easily one of my favorite rune arms for this level as it just sort of does all the things you want it to.

Some points: I wouldn't trade for villager comms at all. You can get villager comms easily from rares in the Kings Forest or the optional end chest in Impossible Demands (I run this quest almost everyday). The RoSS is found in the General's (Tanankh) chest in the undead area of the sands. It still has a pitifully low drop rate though, (I did get about 3-4 Bloodstones from Palumaks chest from my runs but the RoSS is elusive - I pulled my one and only pre-update). The Xachosian Eardweller doesn't drop from random mobs. In Eye of Titan it drops from the clam chest at the end of quest, if anyone wants to know about the other areas it drops, check the wiki. Con-opp greensteel items don't proc SP regen anywhere near a worthwhile time. The HP regen happens rather infrequently but a heck of lot more than the SP. It's still a nice item, I have one on my ranger and she just retired it (she's L28). Maybe Epic Greensteel crafting will have this at decent levels, so I'm holding out. I got my Torc years ago (probably my 2nd or 3rd run of the raid as I was the only blue bar in the raid that didn't have the necklace yet). My guild always abbreviated the pre-raid ADQ and the raid itself DQ. Anyhow, nice guide. Thanks again. :)

regarding the yugo int pots, iirc they reduce your fortification by 50% also, its worth noting that several of the sp regen over time dont typically stack, they override each other. i most often notice this with my spell singer and his vile gloves

Awesome summary! :) TY Already working on the Torc and Spell Storing ring. No luck with them so far, but it will happen. My build is also taking tons of hits, (Full plate + tower shield) so I have very high expectations from the torc. I got the Concortand Opposition on my GS neck, and it already proven very useful in weapon shipment farming.

there are some more sources for temp sp, like draining random weapons, and some class abilities, and the FVS ED ability that boosts low sp regen.

An 18 months old video, but it came up as a recommended video and I watched it anyway. A few notes: Seriously, _98_ Droughts of Sparkling Apple Cider? Damn, you always impress me with your casual display of excess. I've seen clips of your inv with full stacks of raid bypass timers, etc. Speaking of which, 5 _upgraded_ Vile Blasphemy? This is a raid which is hardly ever run on my server. But I see you use this item several times on almost every EE or LE video of yours I watch, so I might have to start promoting the raid. :-P I have a RoSS, and I farmed for it at length, but it has a fairly slow cool down and isn't a huge amount of SP in any event. Decent for topping up after buffing, if the group gives you the time to do so. Run after them and jump-click as best you can. It's still just the heroic version as despite a huge pile of ADQ raids I don't have the s/s/s to upgrade it. I've never managed to get the Torc, despite at least 2 20th end reward lists, and possibly 3. I don't think it is a guaranteed item on the list. I made a GS Conc Opp neck piece but as you mentioned the proc rate is much slower. In retrospect I should have made it on anything other than a neck piece so if I got the Torc I could wear both for even faster mana regeneration. This life I'm running an Iconic and so I'm going to be doing a few ETRs before I ITR again, so I hope to get a Torc this go-around. I know you were focused on items, but here's a mana regen option that is available for _everyone_ regardless of what items they have been able to farm: Hirelings. The Starter Pack ($10, or $1.50 around the holiday season when they are on an 85% discount) gives you have the permanent L3 gold seal hireling Elieri Thistledown who has Divine Vitality I. You can call her up in the toughest of dungeons in any calm spot such as a rest shrine area and have her boost your SP, then dismiss her. She'll be available for summoning again in about 15 minutes. Many other Cleric Hirelings have Divine Vitality, but those of note have other abilities valuable to characters without otherwise easy access to divine abilities such as Death Ward. The L16 Cleric Hireling Natasha Thorston has Mass Death Ward and Divine Vitality III x18, for example. And 18 uses of Divine Vitality III is a significant amount of spell points. Oh, and a note on the Xachosian Eardweller. Paladins get no use out of it as they are immune to disease. :-/ BUT, for characters who can use the item you can halt the expiration cool down on the larva just by zoning. Which means you can be hanging out on your guild ship, chatting with your buds, and stockpiling a bunch of the larva which will _never_ expire until you log out just by zoning back and forth to the Marketplace.

medium eberoon shards imo are way more worthwhile spent on geting exp potions instead

I'm grinding the Ring of Spell Storing the last 4 days and I'm having empty chests. Is this common to happen? 5 empty chests in a row today... I think I'll give up on this for a while. Spent thousands of shards relooting that chest and got only the Falcata and not even a random loot ring...

Still useful for 2022?
