hahah, cacio e pepe, a Lazio recipe made for a video in Tuscany, while using Pecorino Romano cheese from Lazio!! Grande Gino!

It's called Pici, a Tuscany variety. It has a hole inside for the whole length of the pasta.

@@Airfabio Not quite. That's bucatini. Pici is a thicker, more irregular and most importantly, hand-rolled pasta variety to something like spaghetti. No hole inside.
