Marième Diop she is vegan now and she said she is slowly trying to loose weight. I only said this because in a lot of comments I see people saying “you’ve gotten so big” but since I’ve been continuously watching I never really noticed the fluctuation in her weight.

I hate that the media promotes women having to get back to pre-baby bodies like 2 weeks post partum. People need to embrace the 4th trimester. Your body was just put through something so traumatic. I am all for health, but people need to embrace their journey. I am a plus size girl, but my body goes to pre-pregnancy weight all on it's own withing 6 weeks. You just need to relax and let your body do its thing.

Well yeah Tamera is right about the vocal inflections and manner of speech. I totally hear it Jeannie you're not alone. It took me almost 30 years to notice how I sound like my now-deceased father at times. It's only natural to adopt and retain speech patterns from the very people you learned how to speak from. And being a preacher's kid, that also includes my making a stronger emphasis in a lot of my words and having a somewhat authoritative tone in my delivery. I'm often mistaken as having an attitude or coming off offensively while I'm joking around because I still just sound so serious and blunt lol so that said, it's probably why some people have accused the same of her at times. She's mad cool it just becomes intimidating and confusing to see how some people express themselves but when you're raised around strong voices, you're bound to pick theirs up.

Man I am so blessed. I'm 32 with an 8 n almost 5 year old and after I had both of them,I didn't have to work out. My body snapped back naturally. Shout out to all my slim thick girls out there.

I wish I could have worked out two weeks after giving birth but I had a c section I’m still in recovery even tho I gave birth on Valentine’s Day because I started hemorrhaging but I did work out and even walked to my prenatal appointments and people saw I went down really fast my co workers didn’t even recognize me

People need to stop bashing on Kanye's rants and outburst. That's great that you can hold it in but Kanye is Bipolar. This is apart of it don't bash on him. My fiancé is bipolar and adults are always saying oh he reminds me of a toddler just like Tamera did. IT IS APART OF BIPOLAR. There is not enough studies and doctors don't know even about this disorder and because of that everyone goes around talking like they know. You have no idea what it's like to be them, I don't either. But even to be with one everyday is something you don't understand unless you ae in one yourself. PEOPLE YOU NEED EDUCTATE YOURSELF BEFORE YOU TALK LIKE THAT. Guess what their outburst they try to play off they don't get what's wrong about them sometimes but it can still be extremely embarrassing for them because they can't help it. Please, be more respectful and considerate of others. I love this show I listen to it all day at work, but that really just upset me to hear you all talk like that about something you don't understand. You all talk big about how people shouldn't be racist and respectful how about you able that same knowledge and curtesy elsewhere.

I ate EVERYTHING and ANYTHING I WANTED. I NEVER worked out. And again I snapped back right away. It's GENETICS. STOP telling people you have to work out so long. You have to be on a such and such diet. You have to pray to the Gods, spin around 82 times on your baby toe, and do anything else that will NOT make a difference.

@@shaerebholz5793 Not to mention the fact that diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits do play a role in how your body looks and adjusts throughout your life. Genetics are the biggest influence, but the rest matter a lot as well. This person got lucky that their outside doesn't reflect their inside; that isn't the case for most people.

Their ratting regimen, how much they work out, out dedicated they are to getting their body back when in reality it has NOTHING to do with anything they do. Whether it's me her, some random woman that just had a baby it doesn't matter what anyone does its all genetics. These people are in the light saying women need to do this and do that, and then REAL women gets discourage that they didn't lose the weight as fast. It's all normal (especially when they don't have a personal trainer)

First off, it has nothing to do with working out and going to the gym, or what you eat. Stop giving these people FALSE HOPE. It has everything to do with GENETICS. I have 6 kids, flat stomach, barely any strechmarks, and only 115lbs and looked great 4-5 weeks after having my last daughter and I didn't do a damn thing.

It does depend on how much weight you gain during pregnancy. Some women put on a crazy amount of weight because they just go crazy with eating junk food. My mom gained 60 pounds with me and I was a 6 pound baby. She can't blame all that weight gain on me lol

@@brandih7924 some people eat whatever and gain 60 lbs and some eat whatever and gain nothing, again its genetics. And then those that gain 60lbs some can lose it without any work, and others will NEVER lose it. The point is, these people with money needs to stop telling people that it's all this work to get back, making everyday women think that unless they do this or that they will never get their body back when in reality they need to be looking at their family and find out why they can or can't snap back.

lindslitt !! That’s amazing that you lost so much weight and it does take work but you can’t say it’s not that hard when people have different bodies types and metabolisms and lifestyles. Or maybe there’s a medical condition involved that makes it harder. Again congratulations on losing the weight and I hope you stay well but don’t say things like that when all people are different because it’s not fair and only makes people more self critical if they happen to not be losing weight quickly or at all when they do what they can
