Oh yeah Riley has a fantastic life. A lot of people grew up in poverty, have no parents, or, in my case, grew up in a broken home. Riley has both her parents who are happily married and can afford to buy her whatever she wants. She has no idea how good she has it in her way too sheltered world

No, but all of them have acted this way at least once. It doesn't mean they're horrible kids. Hormones and emotions run wild at this age and it isn't uncommon to act this way. Riley's actions here are actually tame compared to how most can get. It doesn't make them rebellious or disrespectful, it makes them human and flawed. Parents aren't perfect either. It's apart of growing up, on both sides

I mean, her parents have taken care of Riley her entire life, and I wouldn't think it's to much to ask her to do something for them. Children do get taken away because parents don't HAVE to do these things, they do them bc they want to and love their child and it's what they should do. Most parents do everything they can and Riley simply didn't care.
