procrastination tip: the most difficult thing is to start. once you've started it's not that bad most of the times. if u really have no motivation just set a timer and do the task for 20 minutes. mostly after that you're in the flow and keep doing it but if not it's fine, at least you've started :)

tips for distancing yourself from toxic friends: -find other people. if someone makes you uncomfortable and/or insecure, find people who make you feel safe and loved, and over time, you'll find yourself hanging out with that friend more often, and forgetting about the toxic one

10:15 Another thing about getting into a relationship, like Nicole said, you have to first love and appreciate yourself not only because the you wouldn't be able to give all the love the other person deserves because there are cases where it is possible to have a relationship that way. But also going into a relationship without any self love will make it a lot harder to get out of it, especially if it's a toxic one because you fall in love with the way they make you feel even of they hurt you most of the time, and so it ends with you being emotionally dependent of the person. So give yourself some time and don't rush into anything, and if you feel like you need that love that a partner is supposed to give you then try searching for it in other places or even in hobbies. ♡

A tip my sister gave me for freshmen is this one which is simple. Don’t take advanced classes in your freshman year, you will have enough time for that in your future years but your freshman year, you need to have very good grades in order to not ruin your GPA. I was going to take all advanced/honors in freshman but now I will change my classes to the normal ones except the ones I know I’m an expert in (Biology, which you needed to have straight A’s all year in science, advanced history and advanced math) Trust me on this, freshman is your base for your GPA, you don’t want to ruin it.

I had a friend who, after leaving me, barely spoke to me, left me alone, I already knew how she was but I didn't want to open my eyes, I said how I felt about it and she did nothing, then I just let it go, and months later, she came back saying : "I missed you". I was shocked to hear that, but what I'm trying to say is DON'T BE A STICKY WEIRD FRIEND, give space, be free you too, hang, play, live, but DON'T suffocate people, bc that's how they go away and hurt you. So one thing that may help the negative self-image thing that I did, follow self-love influencers and fill your feed w them. Also (heres an important one) whenever you catch yourself saying "Ugh, why do I look like that, ____ is so ugly about me, i hate this,", stop and tell yourself "This isn't going to help me or make me happier. These thoughts are irrelevant." It literally worked for me to love myself and also get me to stop thinking about all those embarrassing moments because like... you're the only one that remembers embarrassing stuff about you. no one else remembers that because they're too busy worrying about THEIR embarrassing moments. anyway, good luck to all the girls out there that are struggling.
