I'm so sorry to hear that! Like I wrote in my other comment, this is a mix of martial arts styles for movies, but not a SUPER realistic or functional version of self defense. I personally study Muay Thai, which I would highly recommend. Also Jiu Jitsu is a very functional and useful martial art to know. Krav Maga is a style designed to face multiple combatants at once in an efficient use of movement. I hope you never have to face being beaten up again, but yeah, some form of martial arts for defense is a great confidence builder.

She got hurt twice BTS and It was like nothing happened!! Everyone was shocked with her during the filming, & you can tell why!!! She's talented, & hardworking to the BONE!!! World needs more powerful women like her. Ridiculously perfect human being. She's worthy of all the greatest things in life! She's my role model. 💗

Thank you! 🙌🙏 It took SO many takes, haha. Which shot are you referring to though? The shot that Jade got her ankle hurt on, we were on our 7th take when she got hurt. So in the edit, I used the 4th take and composited a different head on the guy who got his face stomped so his head moved the right way.
