The story also says Comrade Stalin was so happy with their work that he named them all Heroines of the Soviet Union. (and given how much fighting had to be carried out for one building that is quite a feat).

*Ahem* i am guessing that you haven't watched the anime, Pravda is a Japanese school in northern Japan, all of the characters are Japanese (some are half but still) There's no Russians, British, Americans or Italians nor Germans in the anime, only Japanese schools/academies that fight with tanks from the 'tank nations' Pravda happens to prefer Russian style, St. Gloriana happens to prefer British (they're rich anyway), Anzio prefers it Italian and Saunders prefers it American, oh and Kuromorimine prefers it German (Kuromorimine means Black Forest and that is a real academy in Germany) All of them have different kind of resources that fit the 'nationality' the academy has chosen, Pravda is half rich, they can afford good tanks and have good team spirit (leader is a bit like a dictator tho), Saunders have ton of a lot money so they just base their tactics on numbers just like the Americans back in WW2 (tbh), Anzio is better at cooking than fighting which is visible (just like in real life), Kuromorimine is the only actual school that has basically 'everything', the best tanks, most skilled crews and good tactics, just like Germans in WW2, they fought with skill and not with numbers which was seen really efficient, low losses even in attacks.
