.exe file open panna soli kuduthenga.. athe mathiri namaku images videos la open pana mudiyuma bro?

You can only call a command from command prompt. Which mean you cannot directly do anything with a image or video file. However to open those files, you can call a program that supports them from command prompt. For example if you have vlc player installed, then to open a video you can call the command "vlc downloads/jailer.mp4" to play the jailer.mp4 video located in downloads folder using vlc player.

Git bash eppadi install panrathunu intha video link la parunga "kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jt2dfKSFybDLZ3k.html" . Once git bash install panni atha open panna '$' sign athulaye automatic ah vandirum. Neenga type panna thevai illai.
