Hi friends happy Monday !
Today I wanted to talk about Giulia Tofana and her product Aqua Tofana. I found this story to be fascinating, intriguing, INTERESTTTINGGG. I wonder if its true or not? I guess you can decide on that one.
Thank you for coming on by and hanging out with me today. I love and appreciate you so much and I cant say thank you enough for all the love and support you are constantly throwing my way. It truly means more than you know. Have a wonderful rest of your day and I hope to be seeing you very soon.

There is a thing called "damnatio memoriae", which means 'damnation of memory'. It's a punishment from ancient Rome, where everything about the person was destroyed, so she could never be remembered in history. They believed that being forgotten is worst than just being executed. Maybe that's why there are no portraits and people don't know about her.

You want stories or facts? If you want facts in history class, stop rewriting history books and stop pulling down statues over hurt feelings, go to school, travel and learn a bit. Most people not wealthy in Renaissance Italy were named by the place they were from; Leonardo da Vinci, or Leo of Venice, is an example. If anyone named this existed it was probably Guilia de Tofana (Tofana is a place in the Tofane region of the Dolomites.) We will never know if she really did exist because religion ruled, books were burned and history was changed to make people happy, but one thing is clear; a rumor was enough to make men start treating their wives a little better for a few decades.

@@tondaniraluswinga2590 depending on how psychotic your abuser is, leaving can be THE most dangerous time for people running from abusive relationships. This will always be one of my favorites. My male homies have even listened to it on the drive home and we talked about it afterwards ☺️ Now when it gets to be quiet for a few minutes and we’re all hanging out I whisper “ Aquatefanaaaa” and they whisper it back 😂😂😂
О, сосисочки! (Или корейская уличная еда?)
