The part at the end where Stuart explains "endless amounts of Grace" is wonderful. It's what sets being a Christian apart from every other world religion that demands we make ourselves right with God/god/the gods, which is impossible and only dooms people to a life of endless frustration or antipathy. Christ did it all. Believe and trust in his sacrifice, and you will be saved. That's all there is to it. No all-but-eternal cycles of do-overs (Hinduism); no contestant striving to impress Allah with human efforts (Islam); no following lives of strict rules (Mormonism)... just grace and only grace. Pure and simple. I think that's why so many people have a hard time accepting Christianity: it's not up to us...and we humans are so prideful: we think we get what we deserve! Praise be to God: we do NOT get what we deserve. We get Christ's righteousness in exchange for our filthy rags.

It's tragic to still see people wearing masks especially at a university where they teach you that they don't work, (or should) it even says on the box you buy them in. Moreover I as a poor old maintenance tech at one point got a respiratory certification and one of the many things we learned was the wearing of different types of masks and which ones work and ones that don't. Somewhere in the Bible it says that our righteousness can be likened to filthy rags. And this is true. Because as we begin to acquire holiness we obtain no feelings of holiness. We don’t feel holy. Actually our holiness sort of feels like filthy rags. But this doesn’t mean that we aren’t necessarily holy. But God with the scriptures conditions us to expect this outcome if we do become holy. Therefore we know we are holy not by feelings but instead by the life we lead. If we have truly become dead to sin abstaining from all unrighteousness we are therefore holy before God. Don`t agree with the fact that if you are sent to war to kill in order to protect the country is justifiable from a Christian perspective. Paul said we don`t have to fight physically, that's not our fight. Our fight as Christians is of a different nature (supernatural realms). Jesus did not call you to go to war and kill your enemy. This would be in contradiction with the teaching of Christ where it says: "love your enemies".

On the account for abortion, Cliff mentions that in the case where the mother’s life can be in danger obviously yes the mother should be saved, but as per the research and evidence from either papers, OBGYNS, neonatologists, and regular doctors, both the mother and child can be saved when a complication arises that puts both or one at risk. In cases where the baby cannot be saved, in most cases either the baby has already passed or the baby will pass NATURALLY (key word) and it is not due to other factors such as physical abuse, pills, drugs and alcohol, or from an abortion at the clinic. While yes it is unfortunate that the baby has passed that is NOT an abortion. There is nothing that can be done to save the baby and the moment something is done, the baby will immediately die regardless from NATURAL causes. There is a clear distinction here as both lives are mattered and valued to the highest level. Anything and everything will be done to save both if possible. This is completely different to an abortion. While many procedures and complications carry the term ‘abortion’ next to it, please do not get it confused or group it under the same umbrella as true abortion, which is murder. Moreover, value of life has denigrated and evil ideologies have crept into even medical schools where doctors are not as good and honest and many prescribe abortion regardless of the circumstances. Many will try to misinform you that’s why it’s important to be sure with the facts and get as many opinions as possible before you know for sure.

People who don’t have access to medical care because medical care has to be paid for and there are too few doctors and resources. Every year the global population grows makes things worse for the people who are already here. If Homo sapiens remain oblivious to the conditions of the planet we live on, it is not unreasonable our species will exterminate itself because we refused to limit reproduction. And don’t count on populating other planets. Humans will long before “out-populate” the planet. Which will lead to chaos. Just since the early 1970s the global population has doubled from about 4 BILLION to 8 BILLION. That just a span of 50 or so years. And the human population took thousands of years to reach 4 billion. We’ve doubled that in just 50. That’s far more of a pressing issue than whether or not one woman decides she doesn’t want a baby.

Around the 18:50 mark, Stuart says that suicide does NOT mean that you'd go to hell. I would have to strongly disagree with that. The bible says that our bodies are the temple of the living God. I have no problem with what Cliffe is saying on a PRACTICAL level, because, yes, there are certain situations where killing is the lesser bad act, like, for example, if it prevents the innocent from being slaughtered in a war situation etc, then killing the people that would slaughter those innocents would be the greater good, like he said, sure and if the Russians or any other nation that threatens our democracy ever invaded our free world and Christians took up the gun against them, I wouldn't blame them for that at all, I would join with them, again, in the name of the greater good. The big problem from a CHRISTIANITY perspective though is that Jesus actually CONTRADICTS this notion of justifiably fighting back against someone who is in the wrong. Well, depending on your interpretation he does, because, he did say in Matthew 5:39 about not resisting your enemies, which suggests to me that Jesus didn't want his followers to hit back against their enemies, let alone kill them, under ANY circumstances. Jesus's advice was, in fact, NOT to resist evil people, but instead, comply with their demands, and go along with what your enemy wants, eg, if your enemy strikes you on the right cheek you turn your left cheek to him and if he wants your tunic you give your enemy your cloak too etc. Jesus also mentioned to his followers that they should 'love their enemies', well, sure, sounds sweet, but you can't love your enemy and be killing them at the same time, so there's a definitive conflict in that and the only way to reconcile it is by reinterpretation and that makes it very messy, and it begs the question. If Jesus didn't really mean what he said then why say it? Why could he not just say exactly what he meant instead of saying one thing and meaning something else?? It just doesn't add up.

Difficult moral quandaries =/= "moral relativism I get the point, but stating that "there is a lot of moral relativism" is a very slippery slope. Every good woman would sacrafice her life for the unborn baby. So the only thing, I don't agree is that he said, he would save her life over the babys. But this things have to be made clear with the mother before it happens. Bc in this case its really the right of the mother, bc she gives her life and is not to be forced. I have to disagree with Cliffe about there being no difference between a one minute fertilized egg, and an actual human being, there is a world of difference, it's good that Cliffe has gotten around to discuss this subject. Most women in America are in favor of having the right to choose if they want to be pregnant. Forcing a woman to give birth against her will is abhorrent. IMHO.

What’s the difference? A 60 year old is self sufficient and not reliant on a host for survival. If that person needs help then they have options. An unborn child MUST be taken care Of by its mother. No one else can take on that role. When that baby is born THEN it can be handed off to someone else for its survival and like a 60 year old person, can get help from multiple sources. But until that point, the host mother calls all the shots. Period. And it’s ironic you’re arguing that an unborn child equates to a 60 year old adult when you’re trying to somehow use it as an excuse to grant the unborn the same rights as the 60 year old. In an effort to try and prove a point, you’ve acknowledged the 60 year old has rights. Sadly, your correlation to the unborn falls short. But thanks for agreeing - people have rights.
