@@kinggamer523your missing a key part mate.. he went on to inform them and then left and filmed on public access .. Anything you can see from public access or open air space can be filmed. If he walked on their land then took off from their land, at best they can request he leaves their land. That's all they can do. No business or its employees have the right to restrict a persons civil rights to move,film or speak unless it's the police or military and have legal reasons to do so. What you need to realise is these auditors are protecting you're civil rights by highlighting to the public what you can and can't do.

I'm sick of seeing these foreign security guards that don't speak or even think what they've just been taught on their courses. They've either took no notice of the training or they've been taught incorrectly. Would be brilliant if someone could go through one of these training courses just to know what goes on. Some of them are downright rude and aggressive.

6:40 Saying that he will call the police when DJE has just been informing him what he will be doing and it is not a crime to do such things is perverting the course of justice. Calling the police on an innocent person is perverting the course of justice. Using it to try and stop someone doing something would also come under section 1 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. The security guy would be able to avoid a wasting police time charge because he could say that he thought it was an offence. But he wouldn't get off the perverting the course of justice charge because ignorance of the lack of a law is not a defence.

I'm also surprised that security didn't tell you that flying your drone over will bring about the collapse of Amazon. NOT ALLOWED 🚫 I’ve got my SIA and First aid course refresher starting Saturday I’ll be asking the trainer how does everyone pass lol I know a lad born and bred here and he failed his 😂 and passed on 2nd attempt, he did say the trainer helps you out. 3 years ago my trainer didn’t give any answers, just information and a test at the end and it costs about £200 for the course and £200 to renew the licence and I bet some of these new guards get it funded by the government

Just tell them straight the law!!! It gets boring you pandering to them every time, then when assault happens you take no action…. You threaten to but you don’t. If you get assaulted then press charges. As I’ve said before if you don’t you are not achieving anything for PINAC. No point in that apart from you getting paid for viewings.

@@chriswhalen1397 I totally agree, I know some homeless ex forces personnel and they see the rubber dinghy people in posh hotels locally like I do every day where I live. 😡 Every time I go in my local shop I buy extra foods and extra soft drinks… I do not give away free moneys, but I give foods away to ones in need. And on the odd occasion, I have offered paid work on some of my farms to some ex forces personnel and have been able to give them a roof over the head as well … a little, stepping stone to get them on their way again, hopefully to live a better way of life 🙏
