Thank you so much for allowing me to use your beautiful story idea for Ashima! We did an amazing job on this as a team, you should be very proud of yourself! It's so fun to see all the references side by side in this video!

Your Ashima backstory is hands down brilliant and seeing this as an episode before watching this really shows how an international character who needed the potential deserves that potential by fans for the fans. It gives a similar vibe to Thomas & the Railtours with each real-life visiting engine, with the Sudrian engines as secondary characters (almost if you count Percy & the Black Dog or Rosie Grows Up). While Rebecca's Redemption is my favorite Sodor episode of TTBA, Hero of the Mountains is my favorite international-based one.

As an Indian who loves the nilgiri railways and the mountains as well, i gotta say those episodes were very awesome. However i would have loved also seeing thomas working in the city parts as well like Kolkata or even Bombay. Perhaps also about the massive amount of electric engines in India vs diesel or steam

It is shocking that a KZfaqr did more research on the Indian mountain railway than a multimillion company like Mattel.

Great little 'bonus feature' to the story I'd forgotten it was *you* who did those great international Thomas edits also Such small additions the series could've easily done, and could've gained merch "Thomas in India, Thomas in China etc"

Adam, You never fail to suprise me with your ideas. It was an absolute pleasure to watch the episode together with you and Tom. You both did an splendid job to give Ashima a backstory and merged reallife events into it. This was definently my favourite international episode. great job!

Your backstory for Ashima really does make sense and is great. So good, I actually felt sympathy for her. I actually made your backstory for her my headcanon! You finally made her into a well rounded International Character! Thank you mate. Keep up the good work!!!

This cringy comment is one of the reasons why I lost hope in this fandom. 🤦🏾‍♂️ The Thomas fandom was so good back in the 2000s.

It's ridiculous how BWBA claimed it was being "progressive" and "inclusive" when all the international places are extremely stereotypical and basically reskins of Sodor places, and Nia and Rebecca aren't given jack squat when it comes to character development. ThomasFan2002, if you're reading this, I want to thank you for all the amazing work you've put into this series. I know you screwed up with the whole blackface issue, but you've redeemed yourself in that regard in my eyes. Keep up the good work, man. And screw KZfaq for taking down your video after all the work you put into it.

A little addendum, imagine how much money Mattel could've made off all the Thomas designs that you guys came up with if they put that in the toys as well as others such as Ashima and maybe a TM2 Origins James among many more including locations. One last thing, All Engines Go was able to implement Ashima being a mountain engine, All Engines Go! How, Mattel, how?! Did you guys just forget? Knowing them, they most likely did. Also, they got the pronunciation right being ash-ma rather than ashi-ma. Screw them. But it is something you guys should notice for the future.

It would be interesting if this line was in the episode Ashima: Did you ever see any mountain railways on sodor thomas? Thomas: I have actually up at Peel Godred It would be interesting to reference the Culdee fell railway in a CGI style episode given that plans for them to appear in the TVS were cancelled, and given the shows' current direction it will never happen

This is giving me an idea on making an original story featuring Stepney the Bluebell Engine and his POV of the Great Railway Show! This story will have him learn a lot of new things from a certain Chinese Engine! Yong Bao. In the aftermath of the railway show, Stepney would graciously invite Yong Bao to stay at the bluebell railway before seeing him head back to China! Bluebell, Primrose, Captain Baxter, Boxhill, Cromford, Adams, the other Bluebell Engines and City of Truro would all also play roles in this story!

You wrote the script? Honestly, I have a huge amount of respect and admiration for your writing and imagination for putting this story together! Thomasfan2002 is also the reason I like Rebecca as well, I'm the real series, I wasn't too sure about the character, but even since I started watching Tracks to Big adventures, I realised when done differently correctly, these characters actually have potential. Beautiful job well done to you!

I miss the old Thomas fans in the 2000s. They were much more normal, more creative and less cringe than these new hiveminded NPC ones.

There was 1 thing about Ashima that has me confused when first seeing her come to life. Even when I was 11 years old when I first watched The Great Race after it first came out in the UK dub, I watched this movie and looked at Ashima and thought: She looks pretty cool! But then I noticed something not looking right about her as I see her moving along the rails... Then I wondered: Wait a minute.... What are her top wheels attached to?

Well, Adam, first off, I think I should let you know that Hero of the Mountains has been taken down and I wonder if you or ThomasFan2002 can figure out what happened. Second, you did a great job with Ashima's backstory on who she was before she met Thomas at the Great Railway Show and it was a really, great episode. All-in-all, in the end, I don't know what you and ThomasFan2002 have planned for the future of Tracks to Big Adventures and I have an idea for an episode, if you want to hear it, but until then, keep up the great work, bud!

I hope you make more incredible stories in the future! Keep up the good work! ^^
