I am so glad I found this video! We are going to Glacier very soon for 2 weeks. Your video has sparked my excitement of photographing there again. We were there last Spring before the GTTSR was open, hoping it will be open for us this year. Your shots were amazing BTW!

Great video and stunning images Jay, I was fortunate enough to make my way up to Glacier back in the mid 90's unfortunately my time was very limited so basically it was just a drive and shoot tour but I found it to be an amazing region. I took notes on the areas you mentioned for any future visit that I may make.

Wow what an awesome trip Jay! I think Sun Point was my favorite, the sunrise was awesome and the sunset - while crazy windy - was such cool conditions. What don't hop the fence sign? I didnt see it.... haha. Excellent vid, I enjoyed this one a lot!

Hey JC, do you mind sharing the what equipment do you use for vlogging? Also, for the Sun point location, where did you park, did you take the turn-off of the Going to the Sun road as seen on google maps?. Also did you at all explore or go to the "Rising Sun" picnic area. Wondering how is the view there compared to the "Sun point"

Drone?

THERE IS NOTHING "TREACHEROUS" about the Highline (I hiked it a dozen times or so). NOTHING. I lived near Glacier for 35 years. Hiked nearly every trail in the park. Summited peaks over 100 times. The highline is 'relatively flat', gaining maybe 700 ft. near Haystack Butte. To Granite Park Chalet, it's a bit over 7 miles. Descending to the loop another 4 miles. Takes an average hiker about 4 hours to accomplish. Try the trail to the other chalet, Sperry. That gains 3500 ft. over 7 miles. Not treacherous either, just long and arduous. It's the mountains, at the continental divide. If you want treacherous, climb Mt. Reynolds. It's only class 3 with exposure (some consider treacherous), but the best views from anywhere in the park.....
