I bought these from audexen. Love the design. Unfortunately, the right light was defective. I sent them back. I bought the same design from another company. I love them!!!

Really enjoyed this installation video! Very detailed and clear on the steps and even review. I just installed a JL to JK taillight kit from AMOffroad that looks pretty sick the other day and came across your channel. Had no idea that there were JT style LED’s too! I’m thinking of ordering these and trying them out too. Liked and subbed! 👍🏽

Thanks, I really appreciate that!😄 Those are a good looking set of tail lights as well, from what I have seen! A direct comparison would be sweet. I have been looking at the JL fenders for the JK that AMOffroad is about to release👀

Tactical JK oh wow yeah, I didn’t realize they had those! Also, there are two versions of the JL style tail lights: smoked and red version (just for preference ;)

Tactical JK it would be awesome if they made a JL to JK grille also. I really like the more bold look the grille has along with the larger lights.

I have both (headlight and taillights). Love the headlights but the taillights (the darker vision) the dark tint started to peel/flake off after 8-12 months of use.

Great video. Finally got mine installed super fast. Looks great. Question? The old wiring harness locked in place, the new one doesn't seem to lock and easily just slides off. Where you able to get yours to lock, or just secure in place with wrapping in electrical tape?

Hey! Both of mine locked in place. One fit perfectly, and the other I had to force it as it was a very tight fit, but I still got the tab lock.

Good morning. Followed you lead and installed headlights on my Grandson's JK. Great, thanks. It is over a year with these taillights any issues? Would like to get them installed before he starts driving to school. Thanks again.

Awesome, im glad their working out! And no on the issues. I haven’t payed as much attention to them as the headlights, but it seems to be the same story. No fading, moisture, rapid flickering, or any other issues. Harnesses were a little hard to press into place when I first installed them, but other than that they have been perfect. Would definitely still recommend. Im sure you Grandson is loving these mods your hooking him up with! Cheers!

Thanks! These won’t fit your rig. These are for Jeep Jks only, so they won’t fit your Jeep JL. They do make kinda similar ones for JLs, but I haven’t had a chance to check them out (but I will when I get that JL money😅) heres the link: amzn.to/3cE85pr Hope that helps!

i saw your review and had to order them for my jk! I've had them in since January and now im getting the hyper flash and saying my lights are not on but they are. did you have to use a load resistor?

Hey! I hate that you are having an issue! They are not supposed to require a load resistor, but another guy in the comments had a similar issue and was able to fix it by adding a resistor. His username is Hardrock Expedition, and the comments from 7 months ago ( incase you want to read them). I would say to be sure and check the bulbs of both the front turn signals and side marker lights first, just to be sure its not something else. If not tho, you may want to look into adding a resistor or trying to get a replacement if you still can. I hope you are able to get everything working!!!!

@@TacticalJK thank you for getting back. I’m new to Jeep world I appreciate all the help. I have free time on Sunday I’m going to go through all of my lights again and check everything. When I initially changed all my lights I didn’t know to put the resistor that came with the front turn signals on so I got the same code. Once I put on the resistors on those the code was gone . I’m going to make sure I connected everything tight and there is nothing loose . Thank you again

Hey, no I didn’t. I would recommend sending them back for a replacement, as the built in resistor may be defective someone else in the comments had a similar issue and successfully opted to add a resistor to fix the issue , but it if were me I would just send them back/contact the manufacturer

Love these tail lights, they are super bright, but my rear one throws a message on the dash saying lamp is out. Light still works fine, except it blinks fast. However, it sometimes works fine. Do you think the resistor is getting bad? Can I install another resistor?

🧐 Im not sure. Is it just one side that is out? If so, I think you can try swapping the tail lights and hooking them in to the incorrect sides just to see if the issue repeats on the other side. Also, I would think to check the front grill turn signals as well, and swap around those bulbs around just to troubleshoot. Anything past that tho, you may want to contact Audexen and see about getting them replaced. I don’t know enough about resistors or electrical stuff to know if you can replace/ add another resistor. Please let me know if you are able to get the issue resolved (or of any other questions I may be able to answer) and good luck!

They are 35s (305/70r18 STT pros). I am running 1.75 in wheel spacers, and a 2.5 in teraflex lift. I feel like its a pretty good budget setup!

The have held up great. It has passed the test I was looking for (No moisture, no lens fading, and the leds are still just as bright.) No issues to speak of at the two year mark, so i would definitely still recommend.
