I’m literally going through the same thing! I got the virus and re caught it. I’ve been out since March till now and in the same head space worrying about getting worse even tho bloods are good. Also an athlete so it’s so nice you posted this you have no idea! I’m sick of having to be so careful and thought I was being crazy but it’s so true, have to start slow and build it up. I still don’t feel 100 % right, if you find anything helped you during his process with your recovery and mind please let me know :)

I’m suffering chronic fatigue and had GF when I was younger! Make sure you take time to rest and sleep early :) Sounds like you are on the right route though!

Hi, just had blood taken today, did you have any temperature? I am mostly between 37-38. I play badminton, do you think I have to stop it long time?

Had a blood test yesterday for same thing. I had Epstein thingy about a year ago and seem to have caught it again year on. What’s with the smoothies etc did it help?

Do you just go to your GP to check your white blood cell count? Going to see mine soon after having Glandular fever.

How do you re catch it? See if you dont kiss anyone ever again which i might do tbh, are you alright
