A skilled artisan knows their craft well and can make just about anything with it. A true genius can apply the skills they accumulate to any situation, resulting in producing art in anything they do. My good man, you have done something the first time more complex than I've seen many a beginner fail, even with a fantastic teacher. You aren't just an artisan, you're an artist, and I absolutely adore your creations. From the simple to the complex, your work is fantastic. I doubt you'll see me in the thousands in this crowd, but if you do, I hope this message helps you keep making fantastic pieces.

You’re underestimating all the labor of being a pastry chef. It can be very physical and not only that you have to take time to perfect your skills. Not to mention the amount of frustration when you spend 8 hours working on something and it doesn’t hold up right. The man is a literal sculptor and chemist with food .

@@blackleague212 you've clearly never worked with molten glass. You can tell immediately from this video he has had at least 2 hours in preparation with a teacher. No one can do this first try . You don't even have a grasp of the physics of molten glass by your 50th plate .

@@blackleague212 I'm saying there's no way that in the video it was his first time working with glass , especially since he grabbed the diamond sheers to snip off the extra width of the plate . I don't know anyone who has never worked with glass who happen to know that tool would work perfect for the application. I personally would've just pulled the extra glass out with another puntie
