In this scene Steven Seagal, portraying Lt. Jack Cole finds himself together with his colleague det. Jim Campbell in a tight spot when they want to arrest some car thieves. the bad guys turn out to be with more than anticipated. luckily the two lawmen form a good couple and handle themselves well, and accidently stumble across some vital information concerning the case they're working on.

this is the first seagal film where he put on weight. Yet his lighting fast aikido skills we re still great too watch.

There are some people who claim that Seagal had a religious or spiritual experience and did not want to kill people in movies any more. But judging from how tight the camera is on Seagal he may already have been slowing down and begun bulging and knew it. Lightening fast Aikido?

Seagal speaks with hushed voice as though it is in thing.He just pushes people around and win all fights even one against many.But not a scratch on him.Too good to believe.Most of his videos are childish to say the least.
