Last July we reported on social media influencer Glo Jays and his dispute with a homeless woman after she accused him of exploiting her for clout. A homeless woman living in Georgia, accused Glo Jays of setting up a GoFundMe page, raising over $20,000 on her behalf and never giving her the money. Now, the influencer is back in the spotlight after several people are accusing him of scamming them out of hundreds of dollars for a fake mentorship program. Others including Tiger Awanzambi, an Atlanta-based music artist claim they paid him for social media promotion that never happened and were met with angry texts when they requested refunds. The lady wasn't homeless. In his defense he refused to give her the money once her family member and a roommate came forward said she wasn't homeless. However I've always thought he was scamming. Allegedly people stated that he would walk up to them and ask if he could record them them they would make skit. All those other people, he got them.they had receipts.

This is the new wave, get clout, use clout to sell info, cash out everyone’s business model is very similar, buy a course or pay to go to an event. It does work though people just fall for it easily. My child was kidnapped can you help that get out… police are doing there best… hopefully could use all the support that I can be supplied. This is not about money though I’m not turning that down either. This is about getting my child home. We are in the same county in the same complex and I am fighting and trying to get a court get the court to arrest someone that is choosing to basically not show up in court and use their mother as support
