Know what yall buying. Do some research. Basically there is 2 types of hair, virgin hair and raw hair. Most people buy virgin hair and virgin hair is processed. You never know what you’re going to get. There is no Malaysian, Brazilian, Peruvian etc. hair, it’s virgin hair that they name. Quality hair is raw hair, from Southeast Asia, mostly from Vietnam, India or Cambodia. This hair is double drawn, full, and naturally wavy, naturally curly or naturally straight. There is no body wave and stuff like that. If it is described as body wave etc. it’s Virgin hair. Virgin hair is cheaper than raw hair and comes from multiple donors, cuticles not adjoined, and lasts probably at most 1-2 years. Raw hair comes from a single donor and lasts 5-8 years. Doesn’t tangle or shed. When I buy hair I get it straight from the manufacturer or from yummy hair extensions no where else. If it says body wave, water wave, bone straight, Brazilian, Peruvian, Malaysian ect. Anything other than natural wave, natural straight or natural curly Vietnamese or Burmese or Cambodian hair I DON’T BUY IT because it’s not raw hair. I don’t have to hair often either because it lasts long. I only have to buy frontals and closures when they get old. Know the hair you’re buying.

3:40 exactly what I mean, Virgin human hair. It came from multiple donors, cuticles not aligned, and while it was not processed with chemicals it was processed with steam to get the “Brazilian wave”. It wasn’t labeled as raw so what she’s complaining about is what usually happens with Virgin hair.

I bleach knots on $85 Amazon wigs with no issue. And I always use 30 volume too. Sounds like the hair isn’t good. But idk. I could see where using low volume would be better for tiny knots . But the bundle issue they seem thin

Zala hair sells synthetic clip ins that matt soon as you install your hair, Beautyforever likes to argue via email about a refund from wigs they sell then later say is “sold out” but want to hold on to your money!

After all, her hair is priced so high that even by providing the best quality to customers, she can still make substantial profits. But there is a fact we cannot deny, that is, no matter how natural the hair is, it's inevitable that some hair is just bad. What surprises me is that it seems like many hair sellers, including experienced ones, don't understand that.
