Oh yea, and I'm not saying they don't. I was just expanding. If there is a gun I'm interested in I watch Hickok to get a good field review. Then I watch Military Arms Channel because he does a great job at giving the mechanics and what not.

Original sights, probably the original trigger and however nearly no misses. A decent nice guy with great skills not wearing bullet proof vests and other ridicoulus tactical gear at the shooting range. People like Hickok 45 are the best publicity for gun carrying americans.

I just bought a Glock 17 during the pandemic and WOW was it difficult to find any semi auto pistol. So happy with my purchase and grateful for channels like this.

While I don't own a Glock, I certainly don't hate them. While I prefer my XDs and Ruger P95, my sons Glock 17 is also an excellent pistol. It is a very accurate shooter, fun, and reliable. In my opinion, the Glock 17 is the rule in which to compare against every other service size pistol. Thanks Hickok and Son for another great video.

This is because you are so good you make every one of them look like it is the best gun in the world to have. This gun has evolved the handgun since the 80s and pushed firearm design forward in many significant ways including not only design but also marketing and customer service. The glock 17/19 is still a solid performer even today and while other handguns may have caught up to and surpassed the glock in some ways the glock is still kind of hard to beat. This is a proven and reliable firearm.

I always enjoy your videos and honesty. You always mention the highs the lows and never hype things up. Having said this, and hearing you mention that this is a great shooting and accurate gun.... that to me speaks not only high of the gun itself but if you. Many people get turned off by the Glock fan club, I never really liked them because of that very reason. They look too plastic and square to me. I finally shot one a few weeks ago and was surprised at the simplicity and ease to handle. I am a fan now. I don’t think it’s the greatest but I think it’s very accurate and straight forward. It almost reminds me of a purpose driven automobile that was not design to win you over with its looks but to impress you with its reliability.

hickok45 thank you and John for your shows I bought the Glock 17 Gen4 about 6 months ago and have about how 5000 rounds through it now and have never had a malfunction, had one primer failure but that's not the weapons fault. Just bought a new Glock 26 and will let you know on it as soon as I get more ammo though it. So far no trouble.

I wanted to let you know that you helped me change my mind about glocks. You responded to someone's comment, "why do people hate glocks"? You said something along the lines of it making them feel superior/smarter and I had a moment of clarity and realized that is exactly why I didn't like them. So now I'm going to get a 43 for summer carry. Thanks for doing what you do!

I bought a Glock 17, 4th gen a few years ago and its one of my favorite hand guns. Feeds all ammo and has over 1000 rds through it. Its in the truck console along with a 30 rd mag

I black-out the rear sight with a marker, and the factory sights work great, I just don't like white outlines on both the front and back sight

They'll also buy into the brainwashing of the industry to buy new sights, triggers, barrels, holsters etc etc. instead of improving their skills. I've been shooting Glock's for almost 30 years. They work perfect for me right out of the box.

I actually met an older woman (she was an out of town friend of my late mother-in-law) who really did believe that anyone holding a firearm could be/would be transformed in a crazed murderer. She was from Florida and she was visiting my in-laws who lived in North Carolina. I had just purchased a new shotgun, a Winchester model 1300. And my father-in-law asked me to bring it over to his house so that he could look at it. He knew the reaction that this woman would have :-)

Glock guy myself. I have a 17 from 1987. First pistol I owned (well my father "bought it"). Still shots fantastic. Only mis-fires on cheap ammo. I can not number the rounds that have been through it, I even still have three original mags perfect working condition. Thanks.

Some people admit that glocks are good guns but they dont like them enough to own one and that's fine I understand that. But there are others who hate them because they dont like glock owners, so called fan boys or because they aren't comfortable to grip or there are so many glocks out there they want something else. Well there's a lot of good reasons there's so many glocks out there if they want to miss out on owning a great gun like glock because of those reasons that's their business. Theres a lot of other great guns and I own others just dont like people bashing what I like just because they dont like it

I bought one two years ago and love it, easier to shoot than my Sig 226, as the Glock barrel is low in the hand,its never failed after hundreds of rounds. Its always in the truck console loaded along with two thirty round mags

Great chapter 2! I was wondering if you'd do a review on the ETS and Magpul Glock magazines. They seem pretty inexpensive and I've heard good quality but I think maybe a review on these popular accessories may be in order. Great channel

l love the review, I just bought my g17 gen4 two days ago to add to my 20 and 21 gen 3 and 4. They will be around till the dinosaurs walk the earth again.

Crippled in my right hand I have moved to ez sheild s&w 9mm love the easy rack. I literally can rack it with no problems and fast for one hand.thanks for video helping me decide.

I've never owned a Glock, but from what I see there were no malfunctions and they seem to be a tank of a gun. My 20 year old Kimber Classic is my winter carry, but in the summer when I'm dressed more lightly, a Ruger LC9S is in my pocket, or on me somewhere. Nice video as usual.

I became a Glock convert back in December when I picked up a Gen 2 G17 for next to nothing. I tell you it is one of the best shooting pistols I've ever owned/shot and this is coming from someone that has shot almost exclusively steel/alloy framed handguns their whole life.
