This is a kind of response to when plankton claiming there's only one "I" or "eye", showing how he runs solo, with the Krusty crew saying that they are stronger because the four of them work together while plankton works solo. 2. Spongebob says he is "captain crip", following soon after with his four "I"s. These "I"s sound like "aye", as in "aye aye captain". 3. The conflict between bloods and crips is referenced here (drawing back to when spongebob brought it up just a little ago) when spongebob says that he is "captain crip" but also that he "needle pricks", which would draw blood. Okay... This is where they get to be kinda a stretch 4. Spongebob's signature laugh sounds kinda like the letter "I" over and over again, so this line could be referencing that. 5. If you want to could IV being the roman numeral for the number "4" and there being 4 "I"s like in meaning number one as a separate meaning than that could be counted as a fifth meaning. If anyone discovers any other meanings please comment below this so I can update this post. (Also I saw that someone counted all the "I"s "I'm"s "IV"s and "eye"s and got 20, saying this was his 20th song, but I seem to only be getting 17 so I didn't include that.)

It's interesting: Dankton's bars never reference episodes on the show, and usually SpongeOpp and the rest reference them a lot. In this one, there is not A SINGLE reference to any episode, and SpongeOpp is saying "Gang", "Eye/I" and even the KYS "Haha". Dankton usually also references a lot of celebrities, more than any other player, and this is BY FAR the Krusty Krew's song with the most references. All of this means that maybe the roles are reversing in the next videos Edit: Also, the beats resemble DnD's beats and "woo woo"s

There are references to the show this time they stand out alot less "Eye/I" bar is a reference to dankton but it leads directly into the "captain" bar like "aye aye captin". Also Patrick's hard R is also referencing that his "names not Rick" however, the references are getting significantly cut down so you still could be right in some ways.

Dankton def had a few references in the first half but you could contribute these minor details to the idea that once reaching a certain level you forget where you start. Dankton and the Krusty Krew are basically an immovable object verse and unstoppable force. I think we're about to shift back to the basics after one big move by Puff productions taking advantage of the situation. Imagine Dankton going back to back with his opps to defend Bikini Bottom from the corporate machine. The more likely scenario is that I'm reading way too deep into the bikini bottom drill scene.

Patrick's "Keep my name out your mouth like the hard R" is also a double. Obviously the main reference is the N-word hard R. But the double is a call back to the episode called "The Fry Cook Games". Specifically the part where SpongeBob and Patrick are wrestling, where SpongeBob erases the "Pat" in his name, making his name "Rick", which he absolutely hates. "My name's... Not.. RIIIIIICCCKKK!!" @@swipe6014 idk. Glorb being the lyrical mastermind he is, I kinda believe he did it intentionally, but at the same time, I don't know how much SpongeBob lore he's actually delved into at this point. I personally feel like it was kind of intentional, but I *can* also see how it might've been unintentional. I see both points of view now, and I think both could be valid. Glorb is a really, *really* good lyricist, and probably does his research, so it could've been intentional. But at the same time, he may have done his research, but also forgot and did it unintentionally. I see where both of you are coming from, and I understand

For the record I think what you said makes a lot of sense. The line itself doesn’t entirely make sense on its own because obviously “the hard r” is not a name it’s a letter, but Rick is a name. Could be unintentional of course but it’s a very iconic scene so Glorb referencing that isn’t a reach imo. Good catch

I think it's clever that during this song, even though you think the Krusty Krew is gonna get the upperhand, you can hear the "Woo-hoooos" from "DND". I interpret it as Dankton still having the advantage despite the others trying to ruin the casino. It honestly amazes me that this silly little series has gotten to the point where major characters have leitmotifs. 😂

Think about it though, this is the characters music, not glorbs in universe. It would make a lot more sense if the Krusty krew remixed DND to make that song. DND was a song about plankton "running through" Krabs business. What are they doing in Oceans 11? Plus just straight up it, has the same cadence, in some parts, as dnd.

I love how the people of Bikini Bottom still support Plankton and Krabs’ businesses considering everything that happened. First in Vengeance, Plankton and Karen massacred the block by painting it red. But despite that, in DND they all went to the Chum Bucket after he got the formula.
