Ah, thanks for the video! I too have both and I agree with the findings in the comparison. Got the Glorious Model O Wireless mouse first, then the Razer Viper Ultimate. Both look the same shape and size wise, but the Viper Ultimate feels better in the hand. That is thanks to the grippy rubber texture on the sides, the matte texture of the top shell that prevents your palm from slipping and the smaller diameter scroll wheel and its fine texture. The feet also seem to glide better on bare office tables The Glorious Model O scroll wheel has a larger diameter but also less comfortable, big and deep dents. That doesn't feel great for me personally and had to spent weeks getting used to it. The wheel scrolls lighter, though. The shell has holes, but that doesn't help against the mouse' slipperiness. More importantly, whatever hand style grip you use on a mouse, the sides are way too slippery if you have dry hands. To that end, I bought a skin to improve its grip. Also, the Model O left and right buttons are made from just slightly more bouncy plastic. Or it could be the mechanical switch. To me it feels a bit too wobbly/cheap. There is a noticeable gap felt with the ring finger between the right button and the side shell. This gap is less on the Viper Ultimate because its buttons are raised in a lesser angle from the main body and thus that part feels more flush. For the USB port, I use a magnetic charger cable on the Model O, so I don't have to faff with plugging in that proprietary cable. This magnetic plug adds slightly more weight to the already weighty front end, so if you're sensitive to that for balance etc., that is something to consider. Despite the points mentioned that can be improved, I do like the Model O though. It looks great in white with all those glorious RBG to match, is less expensive than the Viper Ultimate and still performs great. As The Provoked Prawn mentioned already, the side buttons are also easier to reach. The Viper Ultimate I wish the white version was widely available at other retailers than Razer's own shop, so it could be offered cheaper. The normal black version with charging dock can be found with good deals that may be as cheap as the MSRP of the Model O and that's what I went for.

For the charging dock, I think it's actually pretty easy to use. After a week of use, I can pretty much land the RVU on the dock first try.

I say the glorious model o because i have the razer viper one and maybe for like a few months like 8 or 9 the clicks were so sensitive that if i lay my hand on it it would be a click even just a little presser will do the same
