The Loupé ReadFX let you do a Reverse effect in two different ways
In regular Reverse mode the play head reads the loop backwards, but it is restricted: once it reaches the start of the loop it will jump straight to the end and so on.
In Infinite Reverse mode the play head reads the loop backwards, but is not restricted and will continue past the loop start into the memory that contains the previously recorded material.
We explore the Infinite mode in this video.
We use 4 different ReadFX, assigned to the 4 tactswitches all with Sustain behaviour.
Although they are all using Infinte Reverse, 3 of them also have different playback speeds (Pitch): TSW1 -12, TSW3 +12, TSW4 +7. TSW4's ReadFX also has pitch modulation (sine).
Overdub is always on, allowing both new content to be added (here playing an electric guitar) and ReadFX to be recorded.
The Decay value, displayed on the LCD, is less than 100%, which makes it behave like a Delay (repetitions fade away).
Loop length is changed every now and again using the Multiply/Q function.
